Protexin Cystophan for Cats is a dietary supplement containing amino acid L-tryptophan, N-acetyl D-glucosamine, gelatine capsule, hyaluronic acid and magnesium stearate for cats. It is not recommended to use Cystophan during pregnancy or lactation. While the use of L-tryptophan in pregnant animals has not been documented, pregnant and lactating women are advised to avoid L-tryptophan supplementation. Cystophan is the first nutritional supplement to provide this combination of ingredients.
