Where Samsung’s previous true wireless buds, the Gear IconX, underwhelmed, the Galaxy Buds seem to shine; with warm, deep bass, and good separation, music sounds great when played through these little buds. Avoid bending the USB cable. Doing so could damage the cable and reduce its lifespan. Never use a damaged USB cable. Only on Samsung devices: Gaming mode is only available on Samsung devices and is supported by all Galaxy Bud models (Galaxy Buds2, Galaxy Buds2 Pro, Galaxy Buds+, Galaxy Buds Live, and Galaxy Buds Pro) except the original Galaxy Buds. Of course, when you talk about the new Galaxy Buds 2, you have to talk about the noise cancellation – something that was missing from the original Galaxy Buds.
Place the earbuds inside the charging case and close the lid. This will cause the earbuds to unpair from the connected device. While the buds feel rather dainty when you first put them in, and at risk of falling out, they're surprisingly stable and comfortable to use. If your Galaxy Buds don't pair within three minutes after the charging case has been opened, they will stop actively pairing. If you're more of an iPhone fan, you'll be better off with the AirPods Pro. They offer excellent integration with iOS devices, Spatial Audio support, and decent noise cancellation.
