Patients and families will notice no difference in how care is delivered, and will receive the care they currently have from our clinical team. As a supporter, you are crucial in helping us to ensure our vital specialist services can continue. We will always be accountable and responsible with your donations. Our community clinical nurse specialists specialise in palliative care in the community. Our hospice community services enhance the care already available in the community and not everyone needs to visit the hospice itself. Many people prefer to stay at home or in their usual place of residence during their illness and this is where our nurses can support you. Katharine House Hospice's Community Palliative Care Team are here to provide support at home in addition to other services. Read more Our team of two specialist doctors and a Clinical Nurse Specialist work alongside hospital teams in the Horton General Hospital. They provide support with physical, practical and emotional matters. Our community clinical nurse specialists specialise in palliative care in the community. Parents can stay with their babies at the Catherine’s House dedicated In-patient Unit while receiving support and treatment from our specialist team of mental health clinicians including psychiatrists, allied health, nurses, peer workers and other professionals. Our service is boon for people new to genealogy, or to those of you who have busy lifestyles and do not have the time to do your own research. We comprise several hospitals, health centres, a nationally accredited education provider and a world-class research institute
