The 4” woofer was a small upgrade from the Eris E3.5’s 3.5” woofer, but it still doesn’t grant you entry into the world of sub-bass. That being said, I’d go with the Eris E3.5s if self-noise is important for you. The MR4s have a bit more low-end, but both of these monitors don’t get into sub-bass.If you’re not working for the big screen though, I think the Edifier MR4 is an excellent pair of studio monitors for beginners and advanced music producers. While I have always been a bit dubious of quite how much bass small speakers can generate, I had high hopes that the MR4‘s would deliver. An update of molecular data generated in the IRIS trial was published in 2010, and used to examine the prognostic significance of early molecular response. 30 Landmark analyses of BCR-ABL1 values at 6, 12 and 18 months of imatinib therapy established that event-free survival was inferior for patients with >10% at 6 months and >0.1% at 12 and 18 months. Progression to accelerated phase or blast crisis and overall survival were inferior for patients with BCR-ABL1>10% at 6 months, and >1% at 12 and 18 months. 30 In 2012, Hanfstein et al. 31 and Marin et al. 32 confirmed the strong association between BCR-ABL1 values at 3, 6 and 12 months and outcome. Marin et al. reported that the BCR-ABL1 value at 3 months was the only requirement for predicting outcome for patients treated with a TKI. 32 Furthermore, a BCRABL1 value of ≤0.61% at 3 months was highly predictive of subsequent undetectable BCR-ABL1. The cumulative incidence of undetectable BCR-ABL1 at 8 years for patients with BCR-ABL1≤0.61% was 84.7% whereas it was 1.5% for those with >0.61% ( P<0.001). 32 This study highlighted the importance of rapid leukemic clearance for a subsequent DMR.Required if not completed at header level. The two key benefits when reviewing a product from Edifier is they are always value for money and you can always bet on excellent performance and the MR4 continues that trend. The first production Nimrod MRA.4 aircraft will be delivered to the RAF in 2009 and all the 12 aircraft are scheduled to be delivered by 2012 with three prototype aircraft being converted to production standard towards the end of production run at BAE Systems Woodford plant in Cheshire. Treatment free remission may have potential benefits. This includes reducing side effects and avoiding possible long-term effects of taking TKIs. If you want to try to have a baby, knowing when it might be safe to stop TKIs may also help.
