It was officially announced today that Sanditon will return in the US at 9/8c on Sunday 19th March 2023 on PBS. Based on Jane Austen’s unfinished final novel, the hit period drama received a surprise two-season renewal in 2021 following its previous cancellation. There were talks that ITV planned to just merge the two services together, but BritBox traditionally attracts an older audience than the young demographic ITVX is chasing.
