My Hisense H50AE6100UK recently developed a fault and I received a full refund with only a couple of months left on the warranty. If you tend to watch TV with the lights down, the screen is so bright it hurts the eyes (it even causes my cats to go out of the room as it must dazzle them). The picture is bright and colourful, and even sharper and richer than its apparently identical predecessor. Today, many smart TVs from most brands have built-in Bluetooth support that allows you to connect headphones or keyboards.

This may seem obvious, but it’s often forgotten and you’ll find yourself at the start of your journey to work with a pair of headphones with the battery gauge flashing red. Even watching BBC News in SD, the picture is remarkably sharp and stable for a panel this size, even if the colours are more simplistic.
