About this deal

Tracy Wolff is a New York Times best-selling author who have already written over sixty novels that range from young adult action adventures, to new adult romance novels. I think the only complaint I have character-wise is that there’s not enough time spent really getting to know and develop the secondary characters further, Jaxon included. I couldn’t help but audibly react to some of the book’s major reveals and surprises (going so far as to alarm my cat, I’ll have you know).

Besides being a fan of coming-of-age films and shows, she also enjoys watching K-Dramas and listening to her favorite K-Pop groups.Last thing she remembers is fighting against her boyfriend Jaxon's evil-vampire-brother-come-back-to-life Hudson before she turned to stone and Hudson disappeared. While I greatly enjoyed my reading experience for Crave, it took me a bit longer to fully get into Crush.

Crush’ book review: Get ready for a *lot* of internal screaming ‘Crush’ book review: Get ready for a *lot* of internal screaming

There’s quite a lot happening in this book, and I won’t lie, there were a couple of times I had to stop and re-read.Crave was filled with so many swoon-worthy moments between the two of them that, while I get that this book had bigger issues to deal with than romance, I missed the intimacy and reminders of why these two individuals work so well together. If you need any further evidence of how much you’ll enjoy this book, Universal Studios picked up the film rights… I will absolutely be first in line. I wish I could’ve gotten a little more detail about Lia’s death, her background and what exactly was the relationship between her and Hudson. And now someone wants to wake a sleeping monster, and I’m wondering if I was brought here intentionally―as the bait. Plus, this one is going to be a little difficult to summarise without spoiling the ending of the previous book.

Crave: Universal Adapting New YA Vampire Novel into Film

The sexual content is milder -- kissing is less fun when your brother is always watching -- while violence is about at the same level as Book 1. Do you feel for a character more when they get clawed at by dragons or when they tell haunting stories of their past? I’m unsure of how I feel about the developments of the ending, but I am POSITIVE it’s going to make for some pretty intense drama in the next book. Instead author Tracy Wolff spends oodles of time on bickering matches between Grace and Hudson, the scary-seeming vampire stuck in her head.Jaxon and Grace's story continues in New York Times bestselling author Tracy Wolff's captivating sequel to Crave. It’s really fun to tag along with Grace as she explores her new identity because it’s a brand new and unpredictable journey for us too.
