It is mains powered with rechargeable lithium back-up and is compatible with 3000, 2110e, 160e and 140RC Series alarms by mounting directly underneath. When House Coded, the alarms will learn each other as a system to ensure secure interconnection and no cross-signals with any neighbouring systems.

It enables interconnection with up to 12 other SmartLINK / RadioLINK compatible devices and supports hybrid communication allowing for devices to be hardwired or wirelessly interlinked.No external parts are left exposed as the small antenna is fully enclosed within the alarm unit once fitted.

With the introduction of the 3000 Series we have also advanced our award-winning Radio Frequency (RF) Wireless Interconnection and Data Monitoring technology. The new SmartLINK technology provides the same proven wireless interconnection technology as RadioLINK and RadioLINK+. The Ei3018 CO Alarm is SmartLINK compatible, Simply plug in an Ei3000MRF module for wireless interconnection, data extraction and real-time notifications of alarm activations and events via the SmartLINK Gateway and Portal.

The Ei3000MRF is a short range device which uses a transceiver to receive, transmit and repeat the RadioLINK RF communication protocol. The Remote Alarm Learn entry feature allows the installer to re-activate the entire RF system house coding from one device. When the alarm is powered up, the RF LED on the side of the alarm will flash red, blue, and green to indicate that the module has been fitted correctly.

This is the Aico Ei3000MRF SmartLINK Module which allows for wireless interconnection and data extraction.The Ei3018 CO Alarm contains AudioLINK+ technology, which allows you to extract real time data from the alarm using its sounder directly to a smartphone or tablet via an App. The new SmartLINK technology provides the same proven wireless interconnection technology as RadioLINK and RadioLINK+, using Radio Frequency signals and is completely compatible with both existing systems. No need for tricky cable runs, Alarms interconnect using Radio Frequency signals - when one Alarm is triggered, all others sound for audibility throughout the property.
