Some devices have defects or manufacturing variability and some people are wankers who need to get outside more and worry less. The new features and tweaks Garmin added to the Fenix 7 line are a testament to where the Fenix series already stood with the Fenix 6. The Garmin Fēnix 7 is the best ever and it is worth the upgrade if you have a Fenix 5 Plus or older, or from any other Garmin watch.

Combined, they allow you to better pace yourself, such as if you’ve started off too fast in a race or haven’t pushed it hard enough in training. Most nights, the Fenix 7 could accurately track my sleep stages (light, deep, and REM) and pick up when I was awake or taking a bathroom break. The Fenix line is Garmin’s best multisport watch series, so you can expect to see all the features packed into the Fenix 7. Perhaps the best example of this real-time stamina tool, which shows how much fuel you have in the tank during your workout.
