The tone of someone prepared to plunge deep inside their own soul to find the energy they need to keep up the fight and prevail! Still, a paragraph at the very end of the book totally changed the way I saw this book, for the better.Recommend For: Instead of this book, I would recommend ‘Can’t Hurt Me’ which is the first book written by the same author.

At first, I wasn’t sure I liked this format but it quickly grew on me and is the same style used in both audiobooks. Overall, a book I highly recommend if you want to read an inspirational story about a man who has faced many difficulties in life and has come out of it with determination and grit to tell his story.When you're all fucked up and looking for more, the only tone you should allow inside your hea dis the tone of a warrior. It broadens your concept of your own capability, yet it is the first thing we lose touch with when things go bad. There's pulled muscles, sore joints, a burning chest and an overwhelming desire to quit but you just keep going until you finish the mission.
