If it was this speed then steam capping at 15MB/s would make sense but still doesn't explain why steam is the only platform with this issue.
I'm From Montreal, my internet is over 60 mb/s with the speedtest, if i download on origin, or any other client, i DL at 50mb/s and beyond. Be careful not to over steam your hair and suffer from hygral fatigue wherethe hair cuticle gets damaged as a result of excess moisture. It is essential to note that it should be done (on average) every two weeks to make sure that you achieve the maximum results, and avoid hygral fatigue by doing it excessively.
