Re fit and place the securing catch back in place and lock it by turning the catch to the 'locked padlock' setting. To keep your cleaner working efficiently with full suction power and to prevent it overheating and cutting out we recommend that the filters are regularly cleaned. The inner filter can be removed by again twisting anti clockwise and extracting it from the filter housing. During testing, we filled it way past this level (as most people will) without major loss of suction, so take that Max level as a guide.

Firstly empty the contents of the dust box, to do this place the cleaner over your dustbin and press the release catch as shown to open the dust box flap. Your Reactive vacuum also has an exhaust filter fitted at the front of the base, to remove it slide the catch to the unlocked padlock icon and lift the filter off. To remove the brush and clean it simply use a flat blade screw driver to turn the lock to the 'open padlock' setting and lift the red catch out. To get the best suction power from your cleaner you should regularly empty the dust container and clean all of the filters on your product.

The filters and dust container can be washed in warm water make sure everything is dry before re assembling the dust box, this may take up to 24 hours.

If the cleaner is being used in the upright mode , the brush roll found in the foot of the product needs to be spinning round for the best pick up performance.If the belt snaps the brushes underneath the cleaner will not spin round and sweep up debris from the floor. We recommend that you change the belt even if it is not broken at least once per year and the brushes when the bristles have worn down. Toempty the container start by removing the dust container by pressing the release button on top of the product as shown. For best results wash the filters in warm water but please make sure they have dried thoroughly before re fitting them.
