Product Information

A rich emollient cream and wash that contains soya bean oil for protecting and hydrating dry scaly skin. Acts as an emollient which softens and moisturises dry skin, restoring the skin’s normal protective function and acting as a barrier to irritants. May also be used as a gentle facial cleanser, avoiding foaming soaps which can be potential irritants.

Suitable from birth AproDerm Emollient Cream soothes, moisturises and protects the skin of those suffering from eczema, psoriasis and other dry skin conditions. Sprays are good for hard-to-reach areas and sore or infected skin that should not be touched, and are absorbed quickly.

As well as being a moisturiser it can also be used as an effective soap substitute, to prevent the skin from drying out further. Its light, non-greasy formulation allows for quick absorption, offering maximum comfort for everyday use and to provide quick moisturisation as it’s needed. Particularly great for overnight use and for hand eczema, AproDerm Ointment contains white soft paraffin 95% and liquid paraffin 5%.

Do not use if you or your child have an allergy to any of the ingredients listed, especially peanut or soya. Paraffin-free emollients should be reserved for patients who are intolerant/unsuitable for paraffin containing emollients due to increased fire hazard risks despite appropriate counselling.
