I bought this movie in the kind of 3D that requires you to watch it with those Blue/red glasses and to be honest it was awful. Dolby Vision gives a strength and vibrancy to the colours that SD simply cannot compete with, it is bright, with depth and urgency; the blue of Coraline’s hair, the yellow of her jacket, the intensity of the stars jumper she wears and its subsequent glow, the colours of the garden in the other world, the flowers, reds, greens, blues, the iridescence of the tunnel between the two worlds – just magnificent.
