Almost 500 years ago Spanish conquistadors looking for a rum substitute began distilling an Aztec soft drink made from the Agave plant. This however isn't Tequila its Mezcal and shockingly its really really nice, smells almost like honey, cinnamon with a spicy wood sort of after taste, really quite nice. Doesn't have that kick and chlorophylly type taste which most tequila do, so this stuff is more pre night out shots or the occasional treat.
