It's not as spicy or pepperyand it doesn't have the same depth, but it does smell clean and is quite soft. This is a poor man's Chanel Allure, but I would agree it is different but loses nothing by being so.

I can smell an accord of a lotus flower when I oversprayed it, and it's pure compliment getter when that lotus comes out. Longevity wise this one will usually last me a full work day, it starts to taper off around 7 hours and stays on skin for a little while after that. As far as projection goes this one is really decent with at least a few meters depending on the environment I am in.Ferragamo F Black is perhaps not a unique head turner or compliment getter but it is a very decent, well blended and wearable scent; and is very good value.

From the moment I first encountered this fragrance, I was captivated by its unique and invigorating scent.I'm not a signature scent kinda guy and like to spread out the once I really love the so I'm not gonna get bored with them too soon. And I think that great part of the compliments comes from there, since it's already proved that most people prefer basic and common scents, rather than fragrances that are extremely elaborated and full of strong notes, like those of Arabian origin, for example. It smells great though jokes aside it does have similarities with dylan blue with that ambroxan up top and then the powderyness of la nuit down low the apple + lavender + ambroxan combo actually ends up smelling like cardamom because it's a little fresh and bitter with that tang to it. Personally I seem to get regular compliments from girls wearing this, both from the opening, and during the drydown. It’s a sexy scent fresh clean soapy with some powdery sweetness almost like the lipstick vibe in DH.
