Steve Hoffman is a documentary photographer who has who spent the last dozen years working with and photographing the people that live the housing projects in Coney Island. Eye mama was created by BAFTA-nominated filmmaker and photographer Karni Arieli during the pandemic, when everyone around the world was in lockdown and spending more time in the home, often consumed by caregiving. However, that said, this has clever and intriguing photos of Keanu rather that water colour doodles, and it is more personal, intimate, in feeling.

BOB DYLAN: MIXING UP THE MEDICINE is an unprecedented glimpse into the creative life of one of America’s most groundbreaking, influential and enduring artists. The different colour images are shadows of silhouettes of Keanu Reeves each in a pale colour contrasted on a darker background.

The Need to Know, a photo book, is my exploration of the meager details that emerged from brief and cryptic conversations with my father and my curiosity about Cold War espionage and its impact upon my family at the time. The project consists of vernacular photographs, new captures and ephemera to tell a story and investigate a childhood mystery. Mysterious strangers would show up at our apartment late at night only to depart before dawn without saying a word to anyone other than my father. The text by Keanu tells the story of someone (like, obviously him) getting up and getting ready for the day. Edited by Mark Davidson and Parker Fishel, BOB DYLAN: MIXING UP THE MEDICINE focuses a close look at the full scope of Dylan’s working life, particularly from the dynamic perspective of his ongoing and shifting creative processes—his earliest home recordings in the mid-1950s right up through Rough and Rowdy Ways (2020), his most recent studio recording, and into the present day.

Reeves’s texts, written in tandem with the creation of the images, give voice to the multiple manifestations of the shadow: as a projected figure, a place of concealed emotion, and an invocation to shadow play.
