About this deal

The 55A7GQ avoids a complete picture quality wash-out on three fronts. First, its native 4K pictures are impressively sharp and crisp. This remains reasonably if not brilliantly intact when there’s motion in the frame, too, thanks to minimal judder and surprisingly little blurring and resolution loss if you call up the set’s decently effective Clear Motion setting. The TV is pretty lightweight even with the stand attached, alerting you to the fact that all that glitters isn’t necessarily metal – but the plastic at the build quality’s heart isn’t apparent from any sort of regular viewing distance. Get closer to reality with over a billion true-to-life colors. Experience a wider palette of color up to 100% (typical value) under the DCI-P3 standard ensures smoother gradients whilst reds, greens and blues appear more vivid and realistic. The Hisense 50E77HQTUK QLED Gaming Series TV features QLED technology, which stands for Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode. This technology uses tiny nanoparticles called quantum dots to enhance the TV’s color gamut and brightness. QLED displays offer a better overall picture quality than traditional LED displays and are more affordable than OLED and MicroLED displays. Ambient Mode

The Hisense 50E77HQTUK QLED Gaming Series TV features HDR technology, which stands for High Dynamic Range. This technology expands the TV’s color gamut and increases the contrast ratio, resulting in a more lifelike and immersive viewing experience. The TV supports different HDR formats, including Dolby Vision HDR, considered the most advanced and provides the highest picture quality. OLED Technology Which leads me to the one egregious aspect of the A7G’s design. The stand is just too big. If you have an area (or whatever furniture you’re using) big enough to accommodate both the A7G and a soundbar – and you will want to partner this TV with a soundbar – then it’s fine. If you don’t, the stand causes some unnecessary faffing about to make space. The remote is a similar effort to previous and a slight improvement as it doesn’t attempt to cram as many buttons into a small space. Features The 50A7G TV stand is well designed and easily attaches to the cabinet. There are some cable management features built into the stand. The stand color is slightly different from the rest of the TV. The model is made in a metallic dark gray with a greenish tint. The material is plastic. Connections Motion was also reasonably good with 24fps material looking decent for the most part, with only occasional judder noticeable with Ultra Smooth Motion switched off. 50Hz content also looked fair for the majority of content we viewed, without Ultra Smooth Motion engaged. We did notice some trailing edges on moving objects with action scenes or sports. When Ultra Smooth Motion is used, we encountered Soap Opera Effect (SOE) with the interpolation modes and, depending on the level of interpolation used, we also noticed more image artefacts with fast-moving objects breaking up at the edges as the system attempted to keep up with creating new frames with fast motion. As always, for purists, we would recommend disabling the Ultra Smooth Motion settings for film and drama content, but there are user settings for use with video content and sports if you feel you need those. The interface is separated into several sections, but apps is where the action is. The app selection is focused rather than bountiful; Netflix has pride of place on the top row and all the UK catch-up apps are covered (as Freeview Play), with Disney+ and Britbox available also. There’s VIDAA Free, which rounds up a selection of free content from the likes of Plex, Vevo, YouTube and Facebook Watch for more options. Like the look of this Hisense TV but need a different screen size? This model is also available in the following sizes: Watch the action unfold seamlessly with Smooth Motion, reducing blur and screen lag for clearer, more fluid scenes. Boost your chances of winning with input lag less than 20ms. Colours looked accurate and natural, whether you’re watching nature documentaries or dramas. Although admittedly, the HDR brightness isn’t as bright as you’d get elsewhere so the contrast could be better. You'll only really see the impact of this when you're watching particularly dark movies or using it on a sunny day. There’s no adaptive brightness to automatically adjust the display settings according to the lighting conditions in the room. As such, you’ll get the best viewing experience from it on a dreary day or in the evening.

We consider this as a low price and a pretty good deal, that is why today we will take a closer look at the50A7GQTUK product features and specifications.

You'll get colourful, sharp picture quality even though the HDR brightness could be better. And the design of the set will look smart in your living room. It's a shame that the sound isn't quite up to par, but that’s easily solved by hooking up a separate soundbar. The Hisense 50E77HQTUK QLED Gaming Series TV is available in only one size option, which is 50 inches. This may not be suitable for customers looking for larger or smaller TVs to fit their living space or budget. However, the 50-inch size is ideal for gaming and watching movies, and it offers an immersive viewing experience. 4K Resolution The Hisense 50E77HQTUK QLED Gaming Series TV does not feature MicroLED technology. MicroLED is a newer display technology that offers better brightness, contrast, and color accuracy than traditional LED displays. However, MicroLED TVs are still expensive and yet to be widely available. QLED Technology Compared to the U7QF, the A7G is a downgrade in features. Where the U7Q had Full Array local dimming the A7G makes do without. It’s not a full house for HDR formats either, with the Hisense able to decode HDR10+ but not officially certified for it.
