As I assume, Bacowize is a standardised version or Bacopa Monniera. Also known as Water Hyssop, this is a herb found in India, Nepal, China among other places. Basically, too much of any ingredient can cause unwanted side effects, so it’s better to know the exact dosages of what you’re putting into your body – so we never recommend you to buy products that contain large proprietary blend. Usually used to help with blood flow and elevating your nitric oxide levels. Pretty standard when it comes to pre workouts with high amounts of caffeine or any ingredients that restrict blood flow. Rough dosage is around 6,000, so hey they got something right.This is the second best ingredient in USN’s B4-Bomb pre-workout. It’s shown to enhance your strength, endurance, and focus in the gym – it’s the ingredient most responsible for the energy boosts you experience after taking a pre-workout. Which is why I usually see it as pointless to have in a pre workout, because you shouldn't be smashing your favourite preworkout, everyday. Basically, this nutrient works in synergy with Caffeine to form a ‘smart-caffeine’.L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine are three Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs). They’re shown to promote muscle protein synthesis (muscle growth). This molecule is a popular ingredient in pre-workouts on the market – but that doesn’t make it good. I couldn't find a lot about either of these two ingredients, other than the companies own fact sheet and some marketing jargon. The problem is, many pre-workouts contain large-dosages of Caffeine (over 200-300mg), which causes jitters and energy crashes. USN have done well to dose Caffeine correctly at 200mg, so you won’t experience its side effects here. The workout. Energy levels are good a real electric energy for a short while. No tingles which is disappointing seems a real caffeinated buzz. After the workout your body tries to purge itself of the poison. Trying to contain the "bomb b4" from exiting your mouth is the best challenge.
