I also saw a reviewer (PrimeVsPrime maybe?) say that swapping the 2 wings results in them staying in place better. I tried it and sure enough the wings don't flop nearly as much, although you lose the "forward swept" look of the original configuration. Still looks pretty cool though. The initial character art for Ultimate X-Spanse features several color differences from the final toy.
