Weather Resistance: From extreme temperatures to UV exposure, our Solid Neoprene Rubber Strip remains resilient in diverse weather conditions. Its excellent weather resistance makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. BS2752) British standard 2752 is a higher performing, stronger grade of neoprene rubber which offers a wider working temperature range of -30°C up to +120°C, greater resistance to ageing, weathering, acids, inorganic salts, oils and ozone as well as improved strength and anti-abrasion qualities in comparison to standard neoprene. This grade is available inshore hardnesses of 40°, 50°, 60°, 70° and 80°. Our cut rubber strip is then coiled into any length that is required, and can even be supplied in cut lengths if desired. We can produce made to measure neoprene rubber strips using our band saws, strippers, log cutters and even presses depending upon the size and quantity required. In-house production allows us to closely oversee the whole production process to ensure that we consistently produce high quality, competitively priced strips.
Flame retardant neoprene rubber strips can handle continuous temperatures of -30°C to +100°C, this material meets the test requirements of the flammability standard UL94-V0 and is in line with ISO 340. Flame retardant neoprene rubber sheets are also tested in accordance with anti-static BS 490.
